ATHENA BARKA BIOGRAPHY 

I am a Visual Artist specialising in painting, photography & illustrations. I use varied styles and techniques ( contemporary conceptual, cubism, constructivism, surrealism & abstract, film & digital photography and manual & digital illustrations and collage). I often combine disciplines together for experimental purposes. My inspiration usually springs from philosophical concepts and ideas as well as everyday social and political events.
