I painted this piece with the thought of a world that exists behind glass, a privileged world surrounded by power and with the will and energy to change this.

CHRISTA SCHMAUS BIOGRAPHY

I am a 76 year old retiree and member of DiEM25. Since the Cold War, I joined a peace group in Mutlangen, it was when Pershing 2 missiles were in our town and many people were demonstrating against it. Now I represent my group in ‘Schulfrei für die Bundeswehr’. I’m interested in nature, climate-change, politics.
